About Trello Swimlanes
What does it do?
Trello Swimlanes takes your existing Trello boards and reorganises the cards into swimlane rows — one row per team member — grouped by list (status). Instead of scanning across every list to find what someone is working on, you see the full picture at a glance.
It's designed for the moments that matter most: daily standups, sprint planning sessions, and workload reviews where you need to understand who is working on what, right now.
Why was it built?
Trello is a great tool for managing cards, but its default board view makes it hard to answer the question "what is each person currently working on?" during a standup. Swimlanes solve that problem without requiring any changes to how your team uses Trello.
100% client-side
This tool runs entirely in your browser. There are no servers, no databases, and no data is ever transmitted to or stored by the developer. Your Trello data stays on your device. Sign-in is handled via Trello's official OAuth flow, and the app only requests read-only access to your boards.
