Data Collection and Storage

Trello Swimlanes is a 100% client-side web application that runs entirely in your browser. There are no servers or databases — we do not collect, store, or process any of your personal data server-side.

How the App Works

This application reads data from your Trello account through the official Trello API using OAuth. All data processing and visualization happens locally in your web browser. Your Trello data never leaves your device or gets transmitted to our servers.

Authentication

Sign-in is handled exclusively via Trello OAuth. We do not handle or store your Trello credentials. The OAuth token is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to any server controlled by us.

What We Access

The app requests read-only access to your Trello boards, cards, lists, and user information solely for the purpose of displaying swimlane visualizations. We only access the data you explicitly authorise through the Trello OAuth process.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or distribute any data. Since we do not collect or store any data, there is nothing to share with third parties.

Analytics

No analytics are applied to your Trello data within the app. This website uses Google Analytics to understand anonymous visitor traffic (page views, referral sources). Google Analytics does not have access to your Trello data.

Third-Party Services

This application integrates with Trello's official API. All data accessed through Trello is subject to Trello's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser for anonymous usage tracking. These cookies do not contain any personal or Trello-related information.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
